Payment terms will be agreed upon mutually (Advance 60-70% and rest will be LC or at Documentation time).
Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation as per agreed terms.
Any bank charges or transaction fees shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery timelines are approximate and subject to shipping schedules, port clearance, and regulatory approvals.
SSK EXIM is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping lines, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk transfers to the buyer as per agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.).
We follow strict quality control procedures to ensure products meet export standards. Any claims regarding quality or quantity must be submitted in writing within the agreed timeframe after delivery, along with supporting documentation.
SSK EXIM shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of profits or business interruption
Delays due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, port strikes, etc.)
